Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, in partnership with Sumitomo Corporation and Kintetsu Real Estate, has unveiled the model rooms for The Park House Akabanedai Tower & Residence, a 550-unit condominium project in Kita-ku, Tokyo. The first sales phase is scheduled to begin in mid-May.
Located a four-minute walk from Akabane Station and situated on elevated ground, the project is part of the large-scale “Akabanedai Gateway Plan,” a 1.3-hectare redevelopment initiative led by the local ward government and UR. The development consists of a 29-story tower (430 units) and a five-story low-rise residence (120 units).
Unit sizes range from 31.90 to 138.41 square meters (1DK to 3LDK), with the tower primarily offering units in the high-60-square-meter range. Standard specifications include floor heating, dishwashers, garbage disposers, and Low-E double glazing. Premium units on the top floors feature higher ceilings (2,700 mm), upgraded materials such as natural stone countertops, and larger bathrooms.
Planned prices start from the ¥100 million range for a 58 m² 2LDK unit and from the ¥150 million range for a 69 m² 3LDK unit, with some premium units exceeding ¥210 million.
The project has generated strong interest, with approximately 7,000 preliminary registrations and about 1,000 model room visitors to date. Around 30% of visitors are families in their 30s and 40s, and roughly 70% are prospective move-up buyers seeking improved space, living environment, and transportation convenience.
