Hankyu Hanshin Properties has announced the completion of a large-scale mixed-use development project on the former Yodogawa Ward Office site in Osaka. The project centers on a 39-story tower condominium, “Geo Tower Osaka Juso,” which includes 712 residential units.
Developed as a collaborative initiative between government, private sector, and academia, the complex integrates residential, commercial, and community facilities. The lower floors, branded as “JUSO CROSS,” feature retail spaces, a supermarket, libraries, and childcare services, along with an open public plaza designed for events and community activities.
Located just a three-minute walk from Juso Station, the building incorporates advanced seismic control technology to enhance safety against long-period ground motion, such as that expected from a potential Nankai Trough earthquake.
Residents have access to a wide range of amenities, including a grand lobby with a high ceiling, a rooftop garden, shared workspaces, community rooms, guest suites, and a sky lounge on the upper floors.
