Haseko Fudosan and Daiwa House Industry have announced plans for a new for-sale condominium project in Sapporo called Blanchera Sapporo Susukino. The 14-story reinforced concrete building will comprise 91 units, all designed to accommodate short-term rentals (minpaku).
Located within walking distance of multiple train and tram stations, including Susukino Station on the municipal subway line, the property offers convenient access to central Sapporo and nearby commercial facilities. The development has obtained ZEH-M Oriented certification, reflecting its energy-efficient design.
Each unit will include features tailored for short-term rental operations, such as a locked storage space for owners and a smartphone-enabled security system that allows contactless key handover. Shared amenities will include a coin laundry facility. Units, ranging from 2LDK (58.28 m²) to 3LDK (79.64 m²), are all south-facing and can also be used as second homes when not rented out.
The project will adopt an external management system supported by digital technology rather than a traditional residents’ association. Sales are scheduled to begin in late March 2026, with completion planned for late August 2027 and move-ins starting in October 2027. Prices and the number of units for sale have not yet been announced.
