The condominium project Duo Hills Soga The Sky, jointly developed by Hoosiers Corporation and Daiei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., has achieved strong sales performance. Although located on elevated ground about an 11-minute walk from Soga Station, the project has attracted buyers with its open views, spacious site plan, practical unit layouts, and competitive pricing.
Built on a former JFE training facility site, the development consists of 263 condominium units and is part of a larger mixed community that also includes a senior-oriented condominium. The design takes advantage of the site's elevation differences, creating landscaped open spaces, gardens, terraces, lounges, and a sky deck.
Units range from 2LDK to 4LDK, with floor areas of approximately 62–85 square meters. Features include dishwashers, garbage disposers, flexible multipurpose rooms ("Re:Room"), expanded balcony living spaces ("Sora Living"), and functional kitchen and laundry layouts designed to improve everyday living.
Since opening its model room in June 2024, the project has welcomed around 950 visitor groups. By three months after completion, only seven units remained available. Prices for the remaining units range from ¥47.98 million to ¥56.98 million, with an average price of roughly ¥2.3 million per tsubo.
The majority of purchasers are local families in their 20s and 30s, particularly residents of Chiba City. Buyers have cited the balance between unit size and price, the developer’s original floor-plan concepts, and the overall site design as key reasons for choosing the property.
In addition, the developer has supported the renovation of the nearby Miyazaki Park as part of its community engagement efforts, helping to create a new gathering place for local residents.
