Mitsui Fudosan Residential to Develop Luxury Tower Condominium on Former JFA House Site in Ochanomizu

Mitsui Fudosan Residential has unveiled Park Court Ochanomizu The Tower, a 23-story luxury condominium to be built on the former site of the Japan Football Association (JFA) headquarters in Tokyo's Bunkyo-ku. Scheduled for completion in January 2028, the project will feature 267 units and preserve the site's football heritage through public art, the reinstallation of the former JFA monument, and displays of Japan national team memorabilia.

Designed primarily for affluent dual-income couples and families, the development will offer a wide range of amenities, including a rooftop terrace, party lounge, children's and teens' spaces, guest rooms, golf simulator, and educational support programs. It will also provide an in-building logistics service that delivers packages directly to residents' homes.

Units will range from 55 to 137 square meters, with prices starting at approximately ¥180 million and reaching around ¥800 million. Interest has been strong, with more than 3,500 prospective buyers registering before sales begin. The first sales launch is scheduled for late October, following exclusive model room previews for registered customers in late August.
