The mixed-use development “Park City Nakano” in Tokyo’s Nakano Ward has been completed, with a grand opening scheduled for May 29, 2026. Developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential and Mitsui Fudosan, the project is located a four-minute walk from Nakano Station.
The development spans approximately 2 hectares and consists of two residential towers with a total of 807 units, an office building named Nakano M-SQUARE, and a commercial area with eight retail and dining tenants. The residential units offer a wide range of layouts and sizes, along with shared amenities such as a library lounge and fitness room.
The project has been in planning since 2006 and took about 20 years to complete. The office space, designed as high-grade workspace, is already fully occupied. Future plans include a pedestrian deck connecting the site directly to Nakano Station, which is expected to improve accessibility and foot traffic in the area.
