Osaka Gas UD Sells Out First Phase Immediately for Two New Condominiums in Osaka

On October 6, Osaka Gas Urban Development (Osaka Gas UD) announced that the first phase of sales for two new condominium projects in Osaka sold out on the day of release.
The two projects are:
“Sheens Minamimorimachi” in Kita Ward (66 units), located a 2-minute walk from Minamimorimachi Station (Tanimachi Line). This is the company’s first condominium on a fixed-term leasehold (land lease), with contract duration until January 31, 2097. Units are 2LDK+S to 3LDK, 65.37 to 80.07 m². 28 units were offered in the first phase, priced from ¥64.90 million to ¥105.8 million. The highest application ratio reached 4×.
“Sheens Sekime Takadono Square Garden” in Asahi Ward (134 units), jointly developed with Keihan Real Estate. Located a 3-minute walk from Sekime Takadono Station (Tanimachi Line). Units range from 1LDK+S to 4LDK, 56.64 to 85.25 m². In the first phase, 50 units were offered, priced between ¥50.90 million and ¥88.80 million, with the highest application ratio also at 4×.
Both properties plan to adopt green and energy-efficient features such as home fuel cells ("ENE-FARM"), solar panels, enhanced insulation, and landscaped lighting. Sheens Minamimorimachi is designated ZEH-M Oriented, and Sheens Sekime Takadono is planned for ZEH-M Ready certification.
